OTD Graduate students develop reflective practices to assess self, the environment, the program and client outcomes through knowledge of learning outcomes and program evaluation. Students will design an evaluation plan to assess the process of program design and implementation, program efficacy and client outcomes. Students will apply leadership and management abilities effectively evaluate one’s Doctoral Capstone through reflection and outcome measure of oneself, mentor, site and program. OTD students only.
